By downloading, installing, or using the CC Turf mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
CC Turf provides a platform for booking sports turfs (cricket, football, badminton, etc.) at various venues. Our app allows users to view available slots, make bookings, process payments, and manage their reservations.
User Accounts
- You must provide a valid mobile number to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability of slots.
- An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid at the venue.
- Booking confirmation is sent via the app and push notifications.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- We accept payments through our integrated payment gateway (Cashfree).
Cancellations
- Cancellation policies vary by venue and are displayed at the time of booking.
- Refunds for cancellations are processed as per our Refund Policy.
- CC Turf reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, maintenance). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Store Credits
- Store credits may be issued as part of refunds, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits are automatically applied to future bookings at your discretion.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Make false or fraudulent bookings
- Abuse promotional offers or coupon codes
Venue Rules
Users must adhere to the rules and regulations of each venue, including:
- Arriving on time for your booked slot
- Wearing appropriate sports attire and footwear
- Treating venue property and staff with respect
- Following safety guidelines provided at the venue
Intellectual Property
The CC Turf app, including its design, content, logos, and features, is owned by CC Turf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our app without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
CC Turf acts as a booking platform and is not liable for:
- The condition or quality of the turf venues
- Injuries sustained during gameplay at any venue
- Disputes between users at the venue
- Force majeure events affecting bookings
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
