Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are currently non-refundable. The advance amount paid at the time of booking will not be refunded upon cancellation.
Cancellation Rules
- Bookings can be cancelled through the CC Turf app before the scheduled game time.
- Once the game time has passed, cancellation is not possible.
- The advance amount paid is non-refundable upon user-initiated cancellation.
Refund Scenarios

Rescheduling
- Rescheduling may be available depending on the venue and slot availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made through the app or by contacting our support team.
- Any price difference for the new slot will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days.
- In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credits for faster processing.
- You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
Store Credits
- Store credits may be issued as an alternative to monetary refunds.
- Credits can be used for future bookings on the CC Turf app.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, please contact our support team. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
